We are thrilled to announce that our 300MW/600MWh Yongren Energy Storage Demonstration Project in Yunnan Province is now operational! This landmark project is not only the first energy storage project in Yunnan Province but also ranks as the fourth largest BESS project in China!
The successful installation, fine-tuning, commissioning, and grid connection of this cutting-edge energy storage station was accomplished in an impressive 160 days. This project also stands out as the first of its kind to be integrated with a 500KVA transmission substation, setting a new industry standard. This rapid execution and smooth integration are a testament to our team’s unwavering dedication and technical expertise.
Additionally, this energy storage station tackles key challenges in the renewable energy sector, particularly the curtailment of renewable energy generation due to limited grid access and infrastructure constraints.
